Returns Policy

Our returns policy is this: make sure each customer returns to shop with us.

Just send us an email to shop@honeyrosebakery.com quoting your order number, and a brief description of the issue. All product quality issues are wholly within our control; delivery issues with the courier are not controlled by us but we absolutely want to hear about them. We need that to make sure we correct anything we may have missed for the future.

We'll make sure you are satisfied, and if you feel it is necessary, we will issue a refund.
